Mr. Walter Willard “Tootsie” Morris, age 75 of South Hill, died Wednesday, April 28, 2010 in Community Memorial Healthcenter. He retired as Head Mechanic for the Town of South Hill and was an Army veteran. A funeral service was conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Crowder-Hit-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory with interment in LaCrosse Cemetery with American Legion Military Honors.
