The citizens of Boydton would like to thank all who helped to make the Virginia Historic Home and Garden tour the wonderful success that it was on May 3, 2014.
First and foremost, to the Brunswick Garden Club, who saw both the beauty and possibilities of Boydton, thank you. Their tireless work and passion was endless.
To our area newspapers and reporters who gave much time covering before, during and after aspects of the event, thank you.
Thank you to the sponsors who appreciated the value of the occasion and contributed.
To the Southside Regional Library in Boydton for their service as the Information Center and so much more, thank you.
Thank you to Boyd Tavern, a Boydton treasure, for serving box lunches and tours of this historic landmark.
To the town workers, a hats off salute, for above and beyond work making Boydton look its very best.

Thanks to all visitors, many who traveled long distances to visit our beautiful area of Virginia. However, there was a bit of disappointment that most of our area officials missed our beautiful day.
