The Halifax County High School boys soccer teams dedicated their games Friday to show their support of Kim Bosiger and her fight against breast cancer. The teams were joined on the field by the William Fleming soccer teams and friends and family for a prayer circle to show their support.
The Halifax County High School varsity boys soccer team fell to William Fleming, 2-1, despite some excellent goalkeeping by the Comets and an inspirational effort Friday.

Colby Grissom delivered a very solid starting pitching debut in his first game for the Comet varsity baseball team and Rufus Jeffress Jr. supplied key offense for Halifax against William Fleming Friday.
