Bluestone girls edge Lady Dragons

Fresh off a disappointing loss to Bluestone, the Park View girls volleyball team ventured to Lawrenceville on Thursday to take on the Lady Bulldogs of Brunswick, and the road trip proved to be just the ticket to lift the Lady Dragons’ spirits.

Two days after winning their matchup with Park View, the Lady Barons took their second win of the week against the Nottoway Cougars on Senior Night. The Thursday win raised the Lady Barons’ record to 10-9 overall, 8-5 in Southside District play.
