Comets win Conference 16 tournament, advance to regionals

The 24th class of the Halifax County-South Boston Sports Hall of Fame welcomed five new standouts Saturday night.

Comets top Garden City in scrimmage

The result will not count in the final season record, but the HCHS varsity baseball team emerged with a 2-1 win over visiting Garden City, N.Y., Wednesday.
