There are some very positive signs for the Halifax County High School boys’ and girls’ cross country teams this fall, with some possible unchartered territory for the boys’ squad.

Halifax County High School ninth grade football coach Robbie Compton may have something of a ‘revolving door’ to deal with at times this season, with players coming and going, but he expects the freshman team to be competitive this fall.
