Reigning NASCAR South Boston Speedway late model track champion Wayne Ramsey returned to Victory lane Saturday night. Ramsey, who started the 2009 season on the sidelines due to sponsorship issues, capitalized on a lap 57 incident that took two-time national champion Philip Morris out of contention. From there, Ramsey cruised to his first late model win of the season, rolling to a 1.218-second win over David Quackenbush. Nick Smith battled back from the incident from Morris and salvaged third.
