BLACKSBURG, Va. - Virginia Tech advanced to second round play in the National Invitation tournament, finally wearing out a determined Duquesne team in double overtime, 116-108, last night. The Hokies improved to 19-14 overall, with all five starters in double figures. A.D. Vassallo led Tech with 33 points, while Jeff Allen had 23 and Malcolm Delaney had 20.
