Bluestone jayvee spikers defeat Cumberland / October 31, 2018
The Bluestone jayvee volleyball team recorded a three-set win over Cumberland last week in Skipwith to move to 9-6 in the James River District. The jayvee girls are 10-7 overall and hold fifth place in the district.

Scores in games one through three were 25-18, 22-25 and 15-10. Kailey Gill had eight aces and nine assists in the win. Kaitlin Barretta posted 13 digs, 2 assists, five kills and one block.

Cassidy Newcomb - 1 ace, 11 digs, 2 assists, 1 kill
