Comet cheerleaders exhibition Tuesday

The Halifax County High School cheerleading squad will host its annual exhibition open to the public on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 6 p.m. at the Comet gym.

The cheerleaders, under the direction of coach Amanda Cross, will present a collection of routines and stunts.

The jayvee squad will also perform a brief routine at the exhibition. Another local group, the Ultimate Shine, will present a routine at the exhibition.

The HCHS cheerleading squad will be involved in more cheerleading competition this fall.
