Comets earn comeback win / April 19, 2018
Halifax County High School varsity boys soccer earned a comeback 4-3 win at Magna Vista Monday night.

The Comets are now 2-4-1.

Jax Bosiger scored the first two goals. Spencer Hargrave added the third goal and Henry Morrison capped the comeback with a goal.

Halifax trailed 2-1 at halftime and 3-1 early in the second half before mounting the comeback.

Comet Coach Brian Hall was pleased with the comeback effort, considering the team’s slow start.

The Comets had a busy schedule the rest of the week, with a rescheduled home match against Patrick County last night and a home test against GW-Danville tomorrow.
