Thanks in part to an outstanding performance by freshman scoring sensation Isabel Cranford, the Park View Lady Dragons handed the Lady Broncos of Franklin High School a resounding 8-1 defeat Thursday night. Cranford got yet another hat trick, scoring three goals in the victory. Emily Lester got two goals and three other Lady Dragons combined for the other scores.

With the victory the Lady Dragons improved to 3-0-1 in the Tri-Rivers District and 5-4-1 overall.

“I’m just really proud of how the entire team played tonight,” said head coach Mark Roberts of the girls’ performance.
