Jayvee Barons fall 11-2 to visiting Amelia Raiders

SoVaNow.com / April 25, 2018

The Bluestone Barons jayvee baseball team took an 11-2 pounding on Monday at home against the visiting Amelia Raiders.

The Barons just never seemed to get in the game and after two injuries reduced the team to nine players, things only seemed to get worse.

The Barons bats were just not consistent enough to keep up with Amelia.

The loss dropped the Junior Barons to 1-4 on the season and sixth place in the James River District.
