Jayvee girls fall in overtime to PH / January 28, 2013
The Patrick Henry girls defeated the Halifax County High School jayvee girls, 53-42, in overtime Thursday night in Roanoke.

PH outscored HCHS 12-4, in the OT period after a very competitive game. Halifax got another solid game from Ghanija Gooden, who had 12. Gooden shook off a slow start and reached double figures again.

Nyjah Torian also had 12 for the Comet girls, who battled hard on the road. Timonee McCargo also had 11 points for the Comet girls.
