Park View girls bounce back versus Greensville

After a disappointing loss to Southampton the week before, the Park View volleyball team was able to bounce back in convincing fashion, Sept. 19 against Greensville.

The varsity team was able to convincingly take control of their match early on and Greensville never really threatened throughout the rest of the way as Park View won 3-0.

Park View was led by Katherine Mosier with 15 kills, followed closely by Courtlyn Hawkins with 13 kills and Lexy Sjurseth with 7 kills. Ashley Roberts contributed 10 assists and 2 kills and Hannah Bailey rounded out the team’s performance with 2 kills and 7 assists.

Park View plays Windsor High School on Tuesday.

Also playing Greensville last week, the jayvee Park View squad prevailed 2-0. Leading the way were Cambra Graham with 4 kills, Deaona Watkins with 3 kills and Erin Bailey with 4 assists and an amazing 11 service aces.
