Park View jayvee girls topple Bluestone, 47-14 / November 28, 2018
Sophia Janson drained 17 points and teammate Krislyn Johnson added 11 as the Park View jayvee girls struck early and often in their 47-14 win over Bluestone.

Park view opened with a 14-point first quarter, led by K. Johnson’s six points. Bluestone’s Janya Roberts hit a trey for the 14-3 score at the end of one.

Park View had six players post points in the second period of play while holding Bluestone scoreless. Park View took a 26-3 lead to the half.

Bluestone had a much better third period, holding Park View to five points. At the same time, however, Bluestone couldn’t get much going on offense as they were held to four points.

Park View ended the game with a 16-point fourth. Janson scored 13 of her 17 points on the night in the third and fourth periods. Bluestone had its most production on offense in the final frame hitting, seven points in the 47-14 loss.

Roberts paced Bluestone with six points. MaKayla Mason and Terriyana Crawley each had four points on the night.
