Tough end to regular season for Bluestone girls / February 07, 2018

The Bluestone varsity girls basketball team ended its season with an 0-5 run to bring the girls to 4-11 in the James River District and a record of 4-17 overall.

The team suffered losses to Goochland (twice), Buckingham (twice), and Cumberland over the past week. The top-four teams in the JRD play in the district tournament and as of now, Bluestone is currently ranked seventh.

The girls now await Region A pairings, which will be determined after the district tourney. The JRD tourney begins for the girls on Friday in Farmville at Prince Edward High School.
