An error-prone Bluestone team lost 45-12 at Central of Lunenburg Friday night, dropping the Barons to 0-2 on the season and continuing the team’s string of lopsided losses.

Lady Barons swept in three matches this week

The Bluestone Senior High varsity volleyball team had a busy week of traveling this week, playing Randolph-Henry, Halifax and Southhampton. The Baron ladies lost in four games to Randolph Henry on Monday, 25-22, 25-23, 25-15, 25-18.

Despite giving their Group AAA rivals a stern test, the Bluestone varsity volleyball girls lost their second game of the season Thursday to Halifax County High School, 25-16, 26-24 and 25-23.
