The Bluestone baseball coaching staff is confident that this will be a good year for the Barons, who open the season March 15 at Cumberland. Park View fell short in Southside District tournament action last week against Southampton, but the Dragons’ season continued last night in the regional playoffs for boys’ prep basketball.

Southampton prevails in tourney second round

Southampton High School boys defeated Park View 67-57 Wednesday night in the semifinal round of the Southside District tournament.
