Vernon Hill driver pleads guilty in second day of trial

The scheduled three-day trial of Melissa Dawn Rhodes on charges arising from a fatal August 2016 wreck in which a 9-year-old boy died was cut short Thursday when the defendant amended her plea to guilty.
