Charges dropped against dog rescuer

Christen Waddle of Vernon Hill, who was charged with two counts of misdemeanor and felony larceny after seeking to turn over an emaciated hunting dog to Halifax County Animal Control, is in the clear after the charges were dropped Wednesday morning in Halifax County General District Court.
