Marlon Lee Williams, 37, of Lynchburg, formerly of Halifax, died on Monday, March 22, 2021. He was born in Halifax County on July 16, 1983, son of Doris Ann Chandler Williams and the late Marlon Lee Williams Sr. He was married to Precious Washington Williams.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Precious Washington Williams of Danville; his children, Isaiah and Shakiya of Greensboro, N.C., Jamirah of Newport News, TaDae, Mar’laesha, and Morgan of Danville and Danny and Danasea Lawson of Danville; his mother: Doris Williams of South Boston; one brother, Dwight Wyatt (La Fonda); one sister, Rori Ross; one sister-in-law, Treasure Washington; two aunts, one uncle, two nieces and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be held Thursday, April 1, at 1 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home with Martha Reed, eulogist.
Public viewing was held Wednesday, March 31 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home.

Following COVID-19 guidelines seating is limited, a face mask and social distancing will be required.
